Jira Integration - retrieving information on user

Hi all,

I am looking to use the Jira integration to allow our IT team to create a ticket on a user. We are looking for this to query everything that is attached to the user in J1 and return the information in the Jira ticket.

Wondering if any other users have this and how difficult it is to setup?

  • @bmendes This could be an interesting idea. The driving force behind using J1 to generate a JIRA Issue would be the Alerts App. So in this case we are limited only by what we can write into a J1QL Query. Returning EVERYTHING is likely not where you want to start.
