How can I tell which AWS instance do not have the SSM agent installed

I did find info regarding AWS SSM and instances in this query (FIND aws_ssm that MANAGES aws_instance as i return i.*) , but we're looking to obtain 100% regarding SSM agents deployed so i'm trying to identify where it's NOT installed so we can "fix" that. Thanks!
